• IRS 990s – IRS website  IRS Charities Search Tool

• FTB 199s – FTB link  CA Registry of Charities and Fundraisers Search Tool

• DOJ  RRF-1 Form with either CT-TR-1 or IRS Form 990(EZ/PF)

• SOS Form SI-100 (as required)

• Approval of Sales Items (merchandise) (if applicable)

• Board Roster

• Certificate of Insurance
